FlexAssist Raises over £900 for Bethphage!

We are so pleased to announce that FlexAssist’s “35 Miles for Bethphage”, completed by it’s founder, Helen Pugh, has raised £915 for us! Helen started her challenge in November and completed a gym triathlon through rowing, recumbent cycling, and arm cycling across 35 miles.  Helen completed her challenge ahead of schedule at the beginning of December and continued her fundraising efforts into the new year!

Helen said:

“This endeavour was incredibly difficult due to exhaustion and chronic pain related to my various health conditions and mobility issues. I have EDS, fibromyalgia and numerous other conditions, which meant that 35 miles was a big challenge and I was so proud to meet the mileage goal early! It’s been amazing to receive support from so many people and local businesses, I know all the money raised will make such a difference to Bethphage and the people they support.”

We were so pleased to have Helen’s support through her business FlexAssist, which provides business support to property professionals, including property sales, lettings, management, short term holiday lets and auctions.

As a charity, we rely on fundraising and donations to help us fund activities and equipment for the people we support so they can follow their interests and hobbies and lead fulfilling lives.

We would like to thank Helen and everybody who supported and donated to her fundraiser, including local businesses Monks Estate and Lettings Agents and BST&T Consultancy Services Ltd. As a local charity, the support from our community has been wonderful to see.
