Innage Lane – Day Opportunities

A small friendly day centre located in the picturesque town of Bridgnorth in Shropshire. Here the emphasis is truly on the individual, through a tailored activity programme, which is renewed and revised on a term-time basis.

We run a thriving Social Enterprise, with several sales outlets within the community, that also encompasses skills for work to support people to move forward.

The vibrant staff team are keen to support people in a person-centred way with varied in-house sessions.

We are able to offer a state-of-the-art personal care room with ceiling tract hoist.

At Innage Lane, we pride ourselves on an open and clear approach with quarterly drop-in days, two-way communication with parents and carers.

Shared lives Shropshire

“Support plans were person centred, up to date and reviewed regularly. People were involved in their reviews. One person said, “We’ve got my review coming up soon, we’ll talk about everything.” Plans guided staff to focus on the person’s wellbeing and what outcomes and goals they wanted to achieve.”
