Following the recent appointment of our Head of Operations, Helen Nickless, as CEO, we are thrilled to welcome her successor, Claire Flavell, to Bethphage.
Claire brings over 35 years of experience in the care sector, including 10 years as a registered care manager. In her previous role, she served as Director of Care.
Claire joined Bethphage in January and is currently collaborating with Helen and the operations team to get to know our staff and the people we support. She has been visiting people in their homes, meeting staff, and has been truly inspired by the stories and experiences she has encountered so far. Claire is passionate about providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
Claire said,
“I am really excited to be joining the Bethphage team and am deeply committed to making a positive impact, ensuring that everyone receives the highest quality of care and support.”
