Our Space Hub, as part of their development into a well-being hub, have launched their January Blues Days! Held on Sunday 18th & Monday 19th of January, the Our Space Hub will be holding events and activities to help people beat the January Blues.
People are welcome to drop by the hub throughout the day or join in on planned sessions, ranging from mental health support and signposting, opportunities to participate in feel good or well-being activities or just come by to have a coffee and chat in a warm and welcoming environment to boost the mood through January.
Thanks to generous grant funding from the CLC and Shropshire Warm Hub, and the incredible support of our volunteers, all sessions and refreshments are free for everyone to enjoy! (Paint & Sip Sessions, MHS Well-Being Bus and Holistic Space funded through the CLC)
The Our Space Hub Community Cafe will be welcoming anyone to pop in for a brew whether you choose to participate in anything else taking place or not, so please come by to say hello!
