Tiny Tablet at Innage Lane
Innage Lane is a small friendly day opportunity located in the picturesque town of Bridgnorth in Shropshire. The emphasis is truly on the individual, through a tailored activity programme, which is renewed and revised on a term-time basis.
We are currently fundraising for a “Tiny Tablet” from Inspired Inspirations.
The tablet is described by Inspired Inspirations as:
“The 10 point touch screen technology allows for an immersive individual learning experience or collaborative activities, improving social interaction with residents and service users. You can tilt the screen to suit the user, and switch between landscape and portrait mode.
Equipped with an Android 12 system and 32GB of storage memory, you can access hundreds of applications from the Google Play store. The memory can be easily extended, and connectivity options such as USB, WiFi, and Bluetooth allow you to customise your table with multiple peripherals.”
The tablet will be used to enhance the existing activity sessions at Innage Lane, including literacy and numeracy sessions, music sessions, group exercise sessions and more. The tablet would also allow us to develop new skills through the range of apps. The tablet is fully accessible and designed with people with disabilities in mind.

“Support plans were person centred, up to date and reviewed regularly. People were involved in their reviews. One person said, “We’ve got my review coming up soon, we’ll talk about everything.” Plans guided staff to focus on the person’s wellbeing and what outcomes and goals they wanted to achieve.”
