About Us
Bethphage is a charitable and specialist provider of support for adults (18+) with learning disabilities. We provide a diverse range of care and support services for more than 200 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism and mental health needs across Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Our Approach
Bethphage is a charitable business that has a strong set of Core Values (personal growth, honesty, respect and active involvement) that resonate across the organisation and are also reflected within our Vision and Mission and the way we get things done.
Work for Us
You don’t need to have previous experience to join us as a support worker, we provide all the training you need to deliver first-class support. We will support you from day one with our two-week induction, including paid training and shadow shifts.
What We Do
Supported Living - a model of service, enabling people to live in their own home, single occupancy or shared with other people, with the support each person needs, whether that’s 24 hours a day or less. We also provide day opportunities in Shropshire.
Our Specialisms
Our specialisms include: Positive Behaviour Support, Mental Health, Transforming Care, Autism, and Registered Care for people with complex needs. (A relative told us their loved one was, "Settled and secure" - CQC Inspection Whitchurch 2019).
Quality & CQC Reports
Like other support providers, we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) but at Bethphage, we also use our own internal quality monitoring standards to ensure we provide the best service possible for the people we support and their families.
Support Us
Your generous one-off or monthly donation will directly contribute towards our charitable and fundraising work, offering support, training, work opportunities and recreational activities for people with learning disabilities.
