Quality Audit Assistant

20 Hours per week

£10.60 per hour

(Term time working will be considered)

In response to our recent growth, we are looking to recruit a new role of Quality Audit Assistant. The postholder will ensure that the people we support receive a quality service through the development and maintenance of quality systems and identification of ways to continuously improve the services we deliver to vulnerable adults. This is an exciting addition to the organisation, we want to ensure our focus on quality captures the good work that our staff do every day, whilst identifying areas where improvements will benefit the people we support.

We are inviting people who have a level 3 Diploma in Social Care and Health or equivalent and experience of working with people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health to apply. This role will involve working with Manager’s from across the Organisation to audit services and develop plans to identify areas to improve.

Our focus is on enabling the people we support to develop and achieve their potential, building on skills, using opportunities for community engagement, doing with and ensuring people are not over supported. We support people in a range of settings including registered care homes, supported living, living with family or on their own and day opportunities. The Work Base will be negotiable and will include some working from home. The successful candidate will be expected to travel to services across the areas Bethphage work in.

Essential requirements

  • Level 3 diploma in Health and social care or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with people with learning disabilities and/or Mental health
  • Competent in the use of I.T.
  • Full Uk driving licence
  • Own car
