Bethphage Publishes Gender Pay Report

Based upon the snapshot date, Bethphage does have a negative gender pay gap. Typical of the care sector, Bethphage employs significantly more female colleagues than male staff,

Of 308 relevant full pay staff on the snapshot date, 227 were female (73.70%) and 81 male (26.29%).

Bethphage’s Chair of Trustees, Derek Lum stated,

“We are proud to have had consistent representation in similar proportions at all levels of the organisation, including senior management.”
