You don’t need to have experience in the care sector to join Bethphage –we provide on-the-job training to support you through your new chosen path as a support worker. There are a number of opportunities available to train including NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. Shadow shifts allow you to work alongside existing staff members to build confidence and familiarise yourself with the job in hand of supportingour clients in the best possible way.
