We require a Service Manger to ensure that the service provided is in accordance with the requirements of legislation, the regulators, CQC and funders and that the relevant records are kept up to date to provide strong evidence of practice. Ensure that the Area manager is made aware of any matter which could affect the status of the service.
The successful applicant will need to deliver Bethphage’s Vision and Mission by ensuring the provision of high quality person centred services using Bethphage services.
The successful applicant will need to champion excellent support by actively coaching and role modelling respectful positive management approaches.
The duties will be governed by the needs of the service, split into support and management time; some evening and weekend working will also be required.
