Bethphage Publishes Gender Pay Report

The Equality Act 2010 requires all organisations with more than 250 employees to produce an annual report detailing the pay gap between its male and female employees. Our most recent report, based upon payroll data on 5 April 2023, shows that Bethphage again has a negative gender pay gap, which means that female colleagues are paid more than their male counterparts, based on the mean average.

Typical of the care sector, Bethphage employs significantly more female than male colleagues. Of 326 relevant full pay staff on the snapshot date, 230 were female (70.55%) and 96 male (29.45%).

Bethphage’s Chair of Trustees, Derek Lum, stated:

“We are proud that Bethphage does not have a gender pay gap and that we enjoy a broadly consistent representation of female and male colleagues at all levels of the organisation, including senior management.”
