Support in your home and community
Bethphage is registered with the Care Quality Commission in England to provide supported living, residential and domiciliary services for adults (18+) with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs and autism.
Support can be 24/7 or for a few hours each week, and will always be part of a person centred plan agreed with the person using services and other important people in their lives.
We support people who live in their own home, a home they share with one or two other people, small residential registered care homes or where they live with their parents or other family members.
Bethphage supports people to make the most of their skills by helping them find work, go to college and enjoy their hobbies and interests. We can also support people manage their money and financial responsibilities, go shopping or maybe just go out and have fun. Access to good quality healthcare is also an integral part of what we do to safeguard the health and well being of those who use services, to reduce avoidable illnesses and conditions and ensure they receive all appropriate health services.
We provide 7500 hours per week of care and support to 191 people (February 2018) including 12 people in registered care homes, 74 people in supported living and 105 people in our day opportunities. All 6 of our CQC registered locations are rated “good” overall and in all 5 domains by the Care Quality Commission.
