Bradbury Court is a busy residential service in Market Drayton which has a large staff team.
We are looking for a full-time senior support worker to join our fantastic person-centred support team providing support to four gentlemen with learning disabilities and complex needs. The people we support having varying support needs and minimal to high levels of personal care is required within the job role.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is proactive and is looking for a new challenge and will be passionate about delivering first class support and someone who is looking for a new challenge.
The position is best suited to people with a great sense of humour, energy, enthusiasm and an understanding of the barriers associated with various types of disabilities. You must also be able to and demonstrate the following:
- Ability to lead the team
- Work as a team
- Good communication skills
- A knowledge of people with Learning disabilities and complex needs
- A good sense of humour
- Able to follow instruction
Sleep in’s will be required as part of the role.
37.5 hours per week.
£9.80 per hour
