As a learning organisation, Bethphage actively encourages feedback. That’s why we replaced our complaints policy in 2016 with a new feedback policy which covers comments, suggestions, concerns and compliments as well as complaints.
We want to make it as easy as possible for people to give feedback. We treat feedback as a complaint if we or the giver of the feedback believe it should be.
