custom_margin=&#8221;||5px|||&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;1px|||||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>In recognition of <a href=\"https:\/\/trusteesweek.org\/\">National Trustees Week,<\/a> I want to share my personal thanks to my fellow trustees on the Bethphage board and our Honorary President for \u2018<strong>making a difference in changing times\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We are fortunate to have a board with creative energy, strong values, a variety of business, social care, planning, and leadership experience, combined with a desire to help make positive change. The board expects high standards for its own performance, and in the governance and operation of the charity. Although we have some robust discussions amongst ourselves as well as with the Executive Management Team (EMT) of the charity, we all have common purpose: we want Bethphage to be the best it can be, for the benefit of the people who use our services, and for each of Bethphage\u2019s stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>In the coming years charities already challenged by the Covid-19 pandemic will be challenged still further by the economic climate. The experience of the board and EMT in navigating previous economic downturns will be invaluable, and the strong Bethphage team spirit essential to ensure that we continue to progress.
