W<\/span>ith purpose built, self-contained<\/span>, one-bedroom\u00a0<\/span>flats, with communal areas\u00a0<\/span>including a garden\u00a0<\/span>for resident<\/span>s<\/span>, Arden Place aims to promote\u00a0<\/span>independence\u00a0<\/span>for all of its residents<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n As well as having access to a range of support from Bromford<\/span>\u00a0Housing Association<\/span>, all residents of Arden Place will be supported by Bethphage to help them maximize their independence. Support will be tailor<\/span>ed to each person\u2019s needs following an assessment. Our team are dedicated to providing high quality person-<\/span>centred<\/span>\u00a0support.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Arden Place\u00a0<\/span>welcomed\u00a0<\/span>its first residents last year under\u00a0<\/span>strict\u00a0<\/span>covid<\/span>-19<\/span>\u00a0measure<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0that allowed people to take their first step in<\/span>to<\/span>\u00a0independent living safely and securely.\u00a0<\/span>Residents have settled into their new homes really well and are enjoying the independence that comes with living at Arden Place.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Assistant
