Working in the care sector is an incredibly rewarding job, so it\u2019s no wonder that it is one of the most commonly spoken about reasons to be a support worker. While you\u2019re required to provide care for the people we supportfor the length and time of your assigned shift, you\u2019re also able to choose the amount of time you work for and how much you have off inbetween jobs. You don\u2019t need to have experience in the care sector to join Bethphage \u2013we provide on-the-job training to support you through your new chosen path as a support worker. There are a number of opportunities available to train including NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.
