Our services operate across Shropshire and the West Midlands.<\/p>\n<p>Support varies, depending on the person\u2019s needs, ranging from two hours a week to 24 hours day and night. Support is provided in people\u2019s own homes, their family home, in individual or shared tenancies and out in the community. We support people in small group settings or on an individual basis.\u00a0 We believe everyone is different, so their support should be too.<\/p>\n<p>Through our person-centred approaches, we enable people to connect with their community using the local facilities we all appreciate; accessing new activities and developing leisure interests, meeting friends, finding paid or voluntary work and meeting up with family and friends.<\/p>\n<p>No two people are the same, so why should their support be? We focus on learning about the people we support and using that information to create the best support we can. Through our approaches, we enable people to build on their skills, try new things &amp; encourage choice making.<\/p>\n<p>We help people to live fulfilling lives and achieve their dreams and aspirations by bringing potential to life.
