Gender Pay Reporting

Bethphage has published its first gender pay gap report in line with Government reporting requirements.  We are pleased to confirm that Bethphage does not have a negative pay gap.  Bethphage has a very small gap of -2.1% which means that the average amount earned by women in Bethphage is slightly higher than the average amount earned by men.  Equal pay is different from the gender pay gap.  Equal pay is a legal requirement to pay the same money to men and women for the same or equivalent work.  The gender pay gap is the difference in the average pay of men and women which of course is influenced by lots of things including seniority.  Bethphage’s results can be viewed at
