New Outdoor Area

Oak Farm is a day opportunity for adults with learning disabilities and autism in Ditton Priors, near Bridgnorth. The Farm provides the people we support (or the “workers”), a unique experience every day. From animal husbandary, to horticulture, jam making and cooking, lots of valuable skills are learnt at Oak Farm. The workers and staff ensure the farm, which is home to many animals, keeps running all year round.

Oak Farm currently is currently looking to build a new outdoor area to enhance the sessions and workshops they run for the people we support. A new outdoor area would enable the Farm to run outdoor cooking sessions as an add-on to their current “fork to fork” sessions which focuses on cooking skills.

You can help us create this outdoor area by donating to Friends of Bethphage…

“Support plans were person centred, up to date and reviewed regularly. People were involved in their reviews. One person said, “We’ve got my review coming up soon, we’ll talk about everything.” Plans guided staff to focus on the person’s wellbeing and what outcomes and goals they wanted to achieve.”
