We have a vacancy for an Area Manager, the post is based at our Telford office, you will have a can-do approach, oversee your area to ensure that the people you support live their best lives, receiving excellent support, which develops and maintains their independence. They will be supported by a well-trained staff team with excellent values, who go that extra mile, your role involves managing a team across Shropshire and maybe the west midlands in the future, demonstrating excellent leadership skills and supporting your staff to develop and grow and maintaining the Good CQC rating for the benefit of everyone.

Bethphage is a registered charity which was established in 1994 and provides support to adults with learning and physical Disabilities in Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Everything we do is individually designed to enable people to achieve their potential and meet their objectives and need for support. The people that we support may live in their own home, a home that is shared with other people, their family home or a shared care home.

You will be required to create a team that champions excellent support by actively coaching and modelling respectful positive approaches to achieve the greatest possible independence and quality of life for the people we support, based on an understanding of what is important to and for them.
- Level Four NVQ in Care Management or Level 5 Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
- Full Drivers Licence
- Own car
- Nursing, Social work or psychology degree.
