Temporary recruitment officer (initially six months)
20 Hours per week
Location – Shrewsbury Head office.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary recruitment officer (initially six months), who will join our Human resources team and will be instrumental coordinating the recruitment of high-quality support staff for our supported living services.
You will be employed to work as part of the Head office team to attract the best candidates to the organisation that share our values. You will need to understand the needs of the organisation, engage in marketing, relationship building and support service managers to fill their vacancies.
You will focus on promoting Bethphage as a Positive Behaviour Organisation through our recruitment materials and have the ability to support candidates through the application process.
You will need to have ability to research cost effective methods of recruitment. And have the ability to maintain recruitment statistical information and produce reports on a weekly basis.
