Make day to day decisions about the running of the service, within you area of responsibility and in line with Bethphage’s vision and values.
Liaise between the service manager and team members to ensure a good flow of communication and high standards of service delivery.
An exciting opportunity to support a young man with Autism who will be moving into his own bungalow in St Martins near Oswestry. You will help to manage the support workers in supporting him to have an active life and run his own hoe, be a good tenant and do all the things he needs to do in order to engage and forge good links with the community and also develop interesting and meaningful hobbies and interests so that he feels happy and fulfilled.
