We require a female Team Leader who will create a team that champions excellent support by actively coaching and modelling positive approaches to achieve the greatest possible independence and quality of life for the people we support based on an understanding of what is important to and for them.
You will need to make day to day decisions about the running of the service within the area of your responsibility and in line with Bethphage’s Vision and Mission.
You will need to Liaise between the Service Manager and team members to ensure a good flow of communication and high standards of service delivery.
You will need to have the ability to confidently line manage a team of support workers and to also support people with enduring Mental Health Issues to live independently in their own homes.
This role may include working mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays and on call duties. There may also be a requirement for split shifts and sleep in’s.
You will need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. It would also be desirable if you have already completed the Care Certificate.
